After completing his high school education in TED Ankara College, Mr. İnan has graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of law with honours degree in 2013. He participated in internship programmes of Capital Markets Board of Turkey and Turkish Competition Authority during his bachelor degree.

Following his graduation, he started to work in a major and reputable law firm based in İstanbul. During that time, Mr. İnan specialized in international commercial transactions and advised ENR ranked construction firms on commercial real estate transactions, zoning regulations, drafting international construction agreements and project structuring matters. Furthermore, Mr. İnan offered legal consultancy to foreign capital companies regarding legal framework of foreign investment under Turkish law.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. İnan has an LL.M. degree on International Financial Law from King’s College London. He mainly studied on investment banking, international bond issues, syndicated loans, project finance, derivatives and securitization transactions. Mr. İnan also focused on international investment law and gained experience in international investment arbitration (ICSID) matters in his LL.M. He returned to Turkey in 2017 and founded İnan & Aras Attorneys at Law with his partner Mehmet Mert Aras.
